Each Onyx + Ember candle is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

DAMAGED ORDERS

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

If your scent is still in stock, we'll gladly send a replacement. If it is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

THE FIRST BURN

The first light sets the tone. Allow the wax to melt close to the edges of the vessel to help prevent tunneling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

TRIM YOUR WICK

Before each burn, trim your wick to approximately ¼ inch. This helps maintain a steady flame and minimizes excess soot.

BURN WITH INTENTION

Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

KNOW WHEN TO SAY GOODBYE

Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.

Meet Onyx

A little introduction to our namesake is in order! This is Onyx. She's our 13 year old Border Collie, Black Lab, + Chow Chow mix. We rescued her at 6 weeks from Pittsburg, and were told she was a Newfoundland! (Considering she barely broke 50lbs we found out that wasn't true!) She has very humanlike tendencies and would snuggle for 24 hours if we let her!
